I love creativity. Being around it. Witnessing it. Being part of it. The true source of creativity is one’s true inner calling or God’s gifts.

Aside from the list above my happiest place, when the sky is bluest and the grass greenest in my world is when I am installing or constructing. When the time is cleared, my equipment is set up, my feet are bare (yes I like to work barefoot) and I begin to work.

It was my hobby for years, then I started do projects for friends. then one day after numerous attempts to go back into the workforce part-time, my husband challenged me to do what I love and turn my hobby into a business.

The ideas started spinning in my head, but I stopped and quieted to listen listen to my inner calling. What fit the motion of what I loved to do? What fit my timeframe that I could dedicate and still be balanced with a family and have inner peace to stay emotionally available? Born was The Accent Wall Company. Projects I can do within a weeks time during the times I have available to work. The Accent Wall company is a Joyous treasure to have in my life. It is fun, it is playful and it lets me be me.

I hope my accents warm your home. I hope you decorate them with fun treasures or great lighting. I hope you use them as a background for family fun and laughter. After all home is not a place, it is a feeling.
